Luis is the newest Project Engineer at the HCS Engineering firm. He graduated from the University of the Pacific in Stockton with a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering. Luis' previous engineering experience includes an internship in which he worked in the design of electrical systems on construction vehicles.
